Someone who wishes to life a Worry Free life has the following characteristics:

• You do not spend more money than you earn.  You live below yours means
• You have a spirit of generosity regularly giving your money, time and other resources with people in need
• You live honestly and ethically, resisting the temptation to do otherwise in order to gain an unfair advantage
• You are committed to regular saving
• You do not buy on impulse but make intelligent and thought through choices
• You live within a financial plan that includes a margin for fun and spontaneity

• Determine to live within your means, do not spend more than your income
• Review your finances regularly
• Make provision for the things that are important to you

The problem for most is that money is spent without a thought about it.  It all seems to just disappear.  A change in the way we spend our money is required.  Money should be spent according to a financial plan.

The basic plan is to give away at least 10% of your income, 10% at least 10% of your income and live on the other 80% of your income.

The two ten percents needs to come out of your income first, not from what's left over.  It's amazing but this works.
